Amanda Outcalt is a mixed media artist living and working in Norfolk, VA. Amanda has a BFA in painting/drawing and metalsmithing, and came to love copper etching through attending workshops at Penland School of Crafts. Amanda is also a former art educator and enjoys sharing her love of art with others.
