Artist bio: I aim to capture the sweet awkwardness of the human condition. My medium is oils. With nothing planned in advance, I move paint around on a wood surface. In the blotches of color applied, I may see an eye or mouth that I work to pullfrom the abstract and begin defining into a figure. I want the painting to be spontaneous. I create characters and their story as I go along.Spend some time with them and you will recognize people you know.
