Artist bio: Other interests and obsessions that may or may not influence my work include kayaking, biking, hiking, canoeing, swimming, gardening, bread making, cooking, harvesting wild rice, crossword puzzles, travelling, baseball, and cats.

Artist Statement: Original silk garments from artist's handmade patterns; designed, cut, sewn, textured, hand-drawn, hand embroidered and/or freehand machine stitched. Many pieces are reversible front to back and/or inside to outside. Silk fabric with cotton, rayon, silk, and/or metallic threads.
