A Seat At The Table

A Conversation About Cultural Equity In The Arts

In an intentional effort to elevate cultural equity, diversity, and inclusion in our arts and culture community, the Des Moines Arts Festival hosts a quarterly online opportunity to showcase how you can find your “Seat at the Table". Each conversation will include a panel of community partners sharing how they've been working towards cultural equity and how we, as a community, can collaborate to elevate the arts.

Join us on Thursday, February 11 for another conversation about cultural equity in the arts. Panelists will be announced at a later date. Please register below.

Artist INC Des Moines is made possible because of the generous support from Nationwide, Bravo Greater Des Moines, MidAmerican Energy Company, G. David and Trudy Holman Hurd Fund, Iowa Arts Council and the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs.

Artist INC is a program of Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA), a nonprofit regional arts organization that strengthens and supports artists, cultural organizations, and communities throughout a six-state region (Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas) and beyond.
