Born in Finland, Daria Tessler attended UC Santa Cruz where she studied printmaking and mathematics. Currently based in Portland, Oregon, Daria is the creator of Animalsleep Illustration, a collection of surreal silkscreened art and graphic novels rooted in folklore and mythology, plus a bit of adventure into the unknown.
