I call myself Son of a Slovenian as a homage to my mother. A talented artist in her own right. She taught me an appreciation for art at a young age. It was simple and very effective bribery, attend Japanese brush stroke lessons or find a way to feed yourself. Well, that was an easy choice. A seed was planted. It lay dormant for many years.
