Rob Bauer is a painter and illustrator who primarily creates in acrylic, charcoal and pen. Bold colors, crisp lines, and stark contrast against negative space characterize Rob’s work.

Rob received a degree in Political Science from Iowa State University in 2006 and a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2009.

Born and raised in the Midwest, he currently maintains studio space in the Bauer Machine Works building in the heart of Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District. Rob’s works have been exhibited in Kansas City, Omaha, and Topeka.
