During an art critique in high school, some authority figure suggested that maybe a career as an artist wasn’t the right path for me, so I got a BA in Art History instead. I couldn’t stay away from creating, however, and have been selling various work at art fairs for 30 years. My primary medium has changed a few times over the years, but making jewelry is the art I was meant to create all along. I'm a self-taught metalsmith, and I enjoy honing my skills through trial and error.
