Jeff Unzicker started studying ceramics in the early nineties under the direction of Marvin Bartel at Goshen College, Goshen Indiana.His older brother Tom had started as a potter in mid eighties and left a wood kiln that Jeff began to fire, ultimately leading toward building
many kilns and collaborating in a shared studio/business in Thorntown, Indiana for about 15 years.
Since 1995 Jeff has worked in a number of pottery production settings
in addition to maintaining and moving his current studio location in 2016. Jeff primarily sells his work at art fairs throughout the Midwest, as well as a few galleries.
