I stride to achieve a peacefulness in my photographs that the viewer can instantly feel. I do this by shooting in adverse conditions in an effort to isolate my subjects in soft surroundings to create a calm and soothing scene. I achieve this using Fuji medium format professional equipment, a plethora of lensesand a variety of Lee filters to help control the light coming into
the camera. The presentation of the final photograph is
something I take great time and care with. The metal prints are
mounted on handcrafted walnut frames that are cut, planed, sanded and stained to the perfect color by me to create a unique look and feel to the final piece.
