Rachel Roen is an illustrator and painter with a focus on the figure and local Avian. They graduated from Drake University with a B.S.E. in K-12 Art Education and a minor in Drawing. Using vibrant color and shape, they create narrative pieces and self portraits touching on topics of self identity, mental health, and human connection to the natural world.
