Annette Silkwood

Emerging Artist

I'm Annette Silkwood, an abstract painter based in Saint Charles MO and Naples FL. I have a BFA from Washington University in Saint Louis and travel across the country to fine art fairs.
I have chosen solid birch spheres as my canvas. Each hand painted sphere is and exploration of color and pattern. They find homes in ribbon sculptures I design and create.
When I am not painting you may find me at the local yoga studio or practicing Tai Chi at the botanical garden. I love spending time with my tortie cat Caramel and cooking for the family.
